Los Kids’ Choice Awards premian lo mejor del cine, televisión, música, deportes y videojuegos.
El presentador será el exchico Disney Nick Jonas, que también está nominado como cantante favorito masculino.

Por primera vez estará en la lista de nominados la oscarizada Meryl Streep, por su papel en «Into the Woods». Otras nominadas novatas este año son Angelina Jolie, Iggy Azalea, Sam Smith, Chris Pratt y Channing Tatum.
